-   Property condition/Engineering report - Generally for bigger heavy rehab MF deals

-   Phase 1 report - Depending on the deal, this could apply for a mixed-use property

-   Bank statements - lf a deal will require liquidity from the borrower, we'd like to make su re the funds exist

-   Entity docs/HUD's/bills - Depending on the deal this could be applicable for verification purposes

 

 
 
POST-CLOSING

- New draw requests should be sent to draws@ascapital.us

- We require a draw schedule to be submitted with the loan package

- All draws will be done on a reimbursement basis

- Our team will share a Truepic link with the borrower

- Borrower will take pictures/videos and send back to us through Truepic

- Our team will review and release the draw

- A third party inspection will be ordered to confirm the released draw amount

- Draw management fee of $550 to $2K depending on the number of units

- Extension requests should be sent to extensions@ascapital.us

- Payoff requests should  be sent to payoffs@ascapital.us

- Accounting/payment related questions should be sent to accounting@ascapital.us
